Alexander Vanderhey

Alexander Vanderhey is Chairman and Co-Managing Director of Opulence Capital Management and Nano Cures International Ltd.  Alexander holds positions on the boards and advises various Opulence companies, including MDM International, Vanderhey Moody & Co. LLP, Development Finance Group, Bengal Group Limited,  Unimech Limited,  IRG Project Management, Hongke Group, Al Quraishi Group, LWK+ Partners, Charter Trade Global, and many other group affiliates.

Alexander is a pioneer in financial execution structures, especially in complex fiscal environments and ecosystems that require sophisticated ideations and measures from complex underwriting to efficient downstream execution.

As a global financier, Alexander has organized innovative project finance and sovereign finance structures in association with some of the world’s leading sovereign wealth funds, emerging market governments, international banks, and multinational companies, including Citibank, Gideon Group, HSBC, Alior Bank, Societe Generale, China National Technical Import and Export Corporation and others.

Alexander has personally advised and managed capital investments and joint ventures for leading family offices worldwide, including Gideon Group, the Li Family Office, O’Torre Family Office, Action Gaming (Ernie Moody Family Office), Haas-Portman Family Office, Bazzari Family, and many other prolific GCC and ASEAN families.

Ron Hopkinson

Ronald Hopkinson has played a significant role in some of the largest leveraged buyouts and high-profile private equity transactions consummated in the marketplace on behalf of some of the world’s largest private equity firms and private equity consortiums. Ron has represented The Carlyle Group and Welsh Carson in numerous high-profile transactions, including the acquisition of QwestDex, and was lead counsel for a consortium of private equity firms, including KKR, Blackstone, Carlyle, TH Lee and Hellman & Friedman, in the VNU transaction.

He also has worked with leading corporations in major acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings including the representation of the United States Government in the restructuring and buyout of General Motors and Chrysler. Ron was global head of private equity for both Latham & Watkins and Cadwalader prior to becoming a senior partner in the private equity practice of Cooley LLP. Ron received his BA in Economics from Harvard College (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) in 1984 and his JD from Harvard Law School (cum laude) in 1988.

Prasad Pillai

Prasad Pillai is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience.  He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His core competence includes hands-on experience in International Financial Reporting Standards. Prasad’s vast experience in audit and assurance, business planning, local taxation and international compliance ensure reliable and accurate reporting and management.

Saud Al Quraishi

Saud is a member of the executive board of Opulence Group as well as the Managing Director for the Al Quraishi Group.

Saud’s responsibilities include developing plans for executing operations, implementing follow-up procedures and establishing direction, roadmaps, and strategies to build a solid and competent team to help the company succeed.

Saud is an experienced Engineer whose primary expertise lies in project management, much so that he has spent much of his career developing skills to oversee various projects and handle project-specific issues.

He has recently focused on environmental and sustainable issues and is currently developing a sanctuary to protect creatures and ecosystems.

Saud strongly believes that applying practical knowledge and experience are vital elements to any project’s success.

Ahmed Al Quraishi

Ahmed is an executive board member of Opulence Capital Management and the Managing Director of Al Quraishi Group, one of the largest holdings companies in Ha’il, Saudi Arabia. His 20+ years of experience have turned him into a visionary capable of crafting direction, roadmaps and strategies to deliver results, always balancing them between company regulations and customer requirements.

In 2001, Ahmed began his career in the public sector by joining the Saudi Electric Company (SEC), a state-owned electric power and distribution company. He started as a technician, but after ten years, he was transferred to more administrative roles, including customer service management.

Ben Dekhil

With a substantial understanding of the market, an extensive network and hands-on experience, Ben Dekhil has worked on some of the most significant projects and operating teams across the MENA and ASEAN regions. His work ethic, architecture expertise and business proficiency have allowed him to lead multi-billion projects to success. He has spent decades mastering his craft, and as a result, he offers a unique approach to any project he works on.

Usama Aziz

Usama Aziz is an executive board Member and the President of Opulence Capital Management. He also has been Board Director within LWK + PARTNERS since 2018. For 25 years, Usama has been part of the most significant development projects across the MENA and South Asia regional sectors, supporting development opportunities that meet and respond to the current development imperatives emerging across the region.

Usama has spent most of his career in integrated development, including equity and execution structuring, sovereign advisory, project finance, investment, planning and sustainability. His areas of expertise lie in turnkey project development, including complex and multipartite projects, investment and investment governance, as well as executive development finance in multiple public, autonomous and private sectors.
